Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By engaging Jus Creative for design services, you agree to these terms. A formal agreement is provided per project.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files. For projects over £1,500, staged payments may be arranged.

3. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate.

4. Intellectual property

Full ownership of final design files transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. Working files and source documents remain the property of Jus Creative unless specifically negotiated.

5. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced at our standard rate.

6. Turnaround and deadlines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client response times, content delivery, or change of scope do not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Limitation of liability

Jus Creative's total liability for any claim is limited to the total project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
