What's included in each service?
Each listing shows core deliverables, but every project is scoped individually based on what you actually need. We'll confirm exactly what's included before we start — nothing is a surprise.
How long does a typical project take?
Logos take 2–3 weeks. Brand identity packages take 4–6 weeks. Websites vary from 4–10 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do you do rush work?
Sometimes, depending on availability. Rush work is possible with a 25% rush fee. Message us first to check availability before booking a deadline-critical project.
What file formats will I receive?
All projects come with production-ready files in every format you'll need. Logos: AI, EPS, SVG, PNG (transparent), and PDF. Print files: CMYK-profiled PDFs. Web files: optimised PNG/SVG/WebP.
Do I need a full brand package, or can I just get a logo?
You can just get a logo — no problem. But if you're building a business, investing in a full brand identity now saves money and frustration later. We'll tell you honestly which is right for where you are.
