  • Accurate hours and contact information everywhere
  • Real photos on your website and Google listing
  • Profile images consistent across all platforms
  • At least 3 genuine testimonials on Google

Your brand materials

  • Business cards (if relevant to your industry)
  • Brand guidelines (even a simple one-page version)
  • Email signature with logo and contact details
  • Invoice/quote template that matches your brand

Your content

  • At least 3 pieces of content that show your expertise
  • An about page that actually sounds human
  • A clear services page with pricing (or "starting from")
  • A contact method that's easy to find and quick to respond

Scoring guide

  • 20–24 ticks: Solid foundation. Ready to grow.
  • 14–19 ticks: Good start. Prioritise the gaps.
  • Under 14: Plenty to work on — that's what we're here for.
