FAQ
We start with a free 30-minute call to understand your business and what you need. From there, we put together a brief and a quote. Once you're happy to proceed, we kick off with a discovery phase — research, competitor analysis, and direction setting. Then we move into design. You'll see concepts, give feedback, and we refine together. When you're happy, we deliver the final files with everything you need.
For logo and brand identity work, we present 2–3 initial concepts with rationale for each. Each concept is rooted in the brief, not randomly generated. You then pick a direction and we refine it.
Our standard projects include two revision rounds after the initial concept presentation. In our experience, this is enough when the brief is solid. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
Logo projects: 2–3 weeks. Brand identity: 4–6 weeks. Website: 6–10 weeks. These are typical timelines — rush turnarounds are possible with additional costs.
Not at all. We work with businesses across the UK entirely remotely. Calls are via Zoom, files are shared digitally.
That's what revision rounds are for. If the initial concepts genuinely miss the mark, we'll talk it through and figure out what went wrong with the brief. Good design is a collaboration.
Yes. For websites, we'll give you a clear content structure to fill in. If writing isn't your thing, we can recommend good copywriters we've worked with.
Yes, and we enjoy it. Getting brand identity right at the start is much easier than rebranding later.
For logo and brand work: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG (transparent background), and JPEG — in all colour versions (full colour, black, white, reversed). You'll own all of these outright.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all files and intellectual property belong to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, which most clients are happy with.
Get in touch. We keep archived copies of all our work and can usually export to additional formats quickly, often at no extra charge.
Brand guidelines are included in our brand identity package. For logo-only projects, we include basic usage guidance in the delivery document.
Yes. For projects over £600, we typically split payment: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be staged further.
Sometimes. Rush work (under 1 week turnaround) carries a 25–30% surcharge and is subject to availability. Contact us to discuss.
A logo is one element — the mark. Brand identity is the whole system: logo, colours, fonts, guidelines, and how they all work together. Read the full explanation on our blog.
We can advise on structure and length, and we'll give you a content template. Copywriting as a service isn't something we currently offer in-house, but we can recommend trusted copywriters.
Yes. We build websites that you can manage yourself — whether that's adding blog posts, updating pricing, or adding new team members.
Yes. We build sites with SEO fundamentals built in — proper page titles, meta descriptions, structured data, fast load speeds, and clean code.
For ongoing questions in the first 30 days, we're available. After that, we operate on a project basis — existing clients jump the queue.
We don't offer retainer packages currently. Most of our clients come back project-by-project, which suits them fine.
