FAQ

Brand identity questions.

What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is one element. A brand identity is the full system — logo, colours, typography, and guidelines — that ensures you look consistent everywhere from business cards to Instagram.

How long does a brand identity project take?

Typically 4–6 weeks from kick-off call to final delivery. Complex projects with more stakeholders may take longer.

Do I need a brand identity or just a logo?

If you're starting out, a brand identity package is worth the investment. A logo alone often leads to inconsistent application and brand confusion. We'll tell you honestly which is right for where you are.

What if I don't like any of the initial concepts?

We do a discovery session specifically to avoid this. But if none of the initial directions land, we'll revisit the strategy together before designing again. We don't deliver work we're not proud of.
