We typically design templates in Canva — it's free, easy to use, and works on any device. If you use Adobe Creative Cloud or another tool, we can supply editable files in those formats instead.
Will I be able to update them myself?
Yes — that's the whole point. The templates are designed to be edited by someone who isn't a designer. You swap the text and photo, keep everything else as-is, and publish. We'll walk you through how each template works.
How many templates are included?
It depends on the package. A standard social media design project typically delivers 6–12 templates covering the most common post types. We can also do a smaller starter set or a larger library — let's talk about what you actually need.
Can you design one-off posts rather than templates?
Yes — if you need a specific campaign or launch post designed, we can do that. Templates are usually better value for ongoing posting, but sometimes a bespoke graphic is what the moment calls for.
Do you create the content (copy and images) too?
No — we design the visual templates. Content (what you write and the photos you use) is your side. If you need content strategy or copywriting, we can refer you to partners we trust.
